Salvation Army Homes
We met this client at a turning point, they needed to clarify their connection to The Salvation Army (their parent organisation) while addressing a brand and website that no longer met their needs. We took the lead and created their new identity, Salvation Army Homes, a name that reconnected them with their roots and reinforced their mission. Alongside the rebrand, we designed a website that better represented their size, strength, and impact.
Their old website was holding them back, technical issues and a confusing structure made navigation frustrating for users. We built a new platform that resolved these problems, making their site easy to use and enjoyable to explore. The design highlighted the organisation’s vision and values while making it simpler for visitors to engage with their work, access key services, and understand their impact.
The project gained national recognition. The rebrand and website were featured in major publications and recommended by the Chartered Institute of Housing as an example of best practice.
Through this project, Salvation Army Homes arrived with a fresh identity and a website that truly reflected their mission, giving them the tools to connect more effectively with their community and deliver their services with greater ease.
What truly set Storyhouse apart was their exceptional customer service. The project was executed seamlessly.
